Postage

UK Postage 

UK postage costs £4.50 per order.

Free UK delivery on orders over £50 

European Postage 

Our European shipping rate is £8 - please allow between 5-7 working days for your delivery 

Worldwide Postage 

This is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and costs £12.00 for one item. 

Please note:-

  • Payment for products and delivery services is to be made in pounds sterling (£).
  • Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include UK VAT, if applicable (children's clothes under 12 years are not subject to VAT).
  • Please help us and our delivery company by taking extra care with your address details.
  • You'll be responsible for the payment of any local import duties on receipt of your parcel.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to UK and Northern Ireland. If you would like to order from elsewhere, please contact us.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day. Should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Payments

We accept online payments through our shop checkout using Cardsave or Paypal, which accepts most credit & debit cards. 

Payment in full must be receiver prior to dispatch of order.

Orders will be acknowledged by email once complete. 


Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused & in resalable condition.

If a damaged or incorrect product is received, Little PJS Emporium will offer either exchange or full refund, including both inward and outward delivery costs (if applicable).

For all returns, it is recommend that the customer obtains a certificate of posting, as Little PJS Emporium cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
